Dear AquaOne,

Thank-you! Your staff saved my grandfathers life, really. My grandfather was given one last chance to stay at the “Senior Gardens”. At 85 years old, he seldom remembered me but since he was the man who raised me, I couldn’t love him more.

After I called your office about Papas toilet overflow problem, not only did your salesman tell me he had the solution but when I told him they were about to kick my grandfather out of the facility because of his constant overflowing of the toilet, he also said he would come install it that night since your office was nearby.

I had already had Papas in five different facilities nearby and was out of options. Your salesman and his helper arrived at 7pm and installed the little egg in about 15 minutes. They wouldn’t even take the 40 dollars I offered them.

Well, Papas died recently and as I was removing all his things, I saw your little device on the water valve and realized how much easier things had became since I didn’t get the daily calls (sometimes two per day) that Papas had again stuffed things in the toilet.

If I had needed to move Papas again, I couldn’t have spent as much time with him and I don’t know how long he would lived. But he passed peacefully and I know your little egg helped us both enjoy those last months a whole lot more.

Thank you for taking the time to share your story with us. The salesman was the president of the company who just happened to answer the phone when you called. He took your need to heart. His 90 year old aunt and 87 year old mother-in-law live with him and, having been a director of facilities at senior housing complexes for many years, he understood.
