This is our “down to facts” section that provides more detailed diagrams, specifications, and downloadable presentations so that professionals don’t have to waste time digging through all the hype to get the info they need. Some of the information provided is available to the public and can be found in the open section as well. Others like battery specs, brass composition and RoHs compliancy details are not needed for general use but may need to be maintained in MSDS books kept on your property. This complete section is intended to be simple and to the point. We will add information as it becomes requested, required, changed, or amended.

We welcome all questions, comments and complaints and will respond as quickly as possible to your requests. Programs

We offer several programs to assist facility managers in assessing and/or purchasing our products so they can make an informed decision and determine the viability of our product for their particular environment.

60 Trial

Purchase 1 to 4 units at MSRP. Any time within the 60 days, send them back (everything but the bowl sensor) and we will refund the entire cost of the units (minus the initial shipping cost) within 48 hours. If you like them and issue a purchase order we will rebate the difference between the cost of the first units and the cost of the multi-unit purchase and apply it towards the purchase. FlowManager Exchange

We have thousands of FlowManagers in the field after 7 years of successful sales and many of them still doing their job. But the H₂Orb has a longer battery life, protects against hose bursts, and is a much better looking device. So, we are offering for a limited time, an exchange rebate for the FlowManager. Simply order the number of H₂Orb needed to replace an equal number of FlowManagers. You will receive the H₂Orbs, a return shipping label, and a box for each unit. Return the FlowManager Control Box only and we will either credit your account or issue a refund check within 24 hours of our receiving the returned units.

Monthly Purchase Program

Purchasing several hundred units can hit a budget pretty hard, but yet the savings on bulk purchasing can be substantial. Get set up on a automatic purchase program and receive a pre-set number of units each month. Start off with your problem areas and slowly build up to complete building coverage. The price of the first units will be a little higher, but as certain quantity thresholds are reached, the price comes down. As you get nearer the end of the contract, the units become less and less expensive to where your final “all-in” price is exactly the same as if you purchased them all in the beginning.
