You had sent me 10 units about 1 month ago and I took those and installed them in rooms that were known to have over flow problems in some of our facilities. I asked each of my maintenance people to keep a record of how many over flowed toilets it prevented.
I was amazed that within a month it prevented 40 over flows!
I did some calculations of clean up and damage cost per room per floor. On the first floor I estimated the cost to be $150.00 per incident and the second and third floors about $300.00.
All of the units were installed on the first floor and the savings we recognized were:
$6000.00 the first month.
Our life safety department is also very happy because:
