RE: Leaking Toilet
I was pleased to see your product, the H2Orb, on "I Want That".
I had an incident last fall when a toilet in an unoccupied rental unit in Prescott, AZ apparently started leaking, and went undetected for a period of time. I can't say with any certainty how long that was, but occured during a two week period between my visits to the property.
The City of Prescott called me about my upcoming utility bill, and told me they wanted to talk to me before I got the bill so that I did not have a heart attack when I did...
This got my interest of course!
They told me to expect an approximately $2,800 bill for the month of August, 2008. They also informed me that they had a program whereby I could, one-time only, accept an averaging of my monthly bills for the past year.
They made it clear to me that next time, I would responsible for the bill in its entirety.
I have a couple of rentals in Prescott, and will be installing H2Orbs in all of my rentals to eliminate the threat of facing a huge water bill again.
I will sleep better knowing that I have eliminated that prospect.
